• Logo Printing Services: Heat transfer, silk screen, and PET printing on bags
• Design & Mockup Services: Free mockup design tools and professional design consultation
• Customization Options: Zippers, inner pockets, lining, and other custom features
• Global Shipping: Worldwide delivery from our manufacturing facility in Vietnam

2. Ordering Process

Our standard ordering process includes the following steps:

1. Quote Request: Customer submits detailed specifications including bag type, quantity, size, material, and design requirements
2. Quotation: We provide a detailed quotation including pricing, production timeline, and shipping costs
3. Design Approval: We create and send mockups for customer approval before production
4. Order Confirmation: Customer confirms the order and makes the required deposit payment
5. Production: Manufacturing begins after design approval and deposit receipt
6. Quality Control: Each product undergoes quality inspection before packaging
7. Delivery: Products are shipped according to agreed terms and timeline

3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our standard minimum order quantity is 100 pieces for custom bag orders with logo printing. This MOQ ensures cost-effectiveness and quality consistency. Special arrangements may be made for larger orders or specific product lines. Please contact us for custom requirements.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

• All prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) or US Dollars (USD) as specified
• Prices are subject to change based on material costs, exchange rates, and order specifications
• Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the quotation date
• Shipping costs are calculated separately based on destination and order volume

4.2 Payment Terms

• Deposit: 50% deposit required upon order confirmation
• Balance: Remaining 50% due before shipment or upon delivery
• Payment Methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods
• Currency: Payments accepted in VND, USD, or other major currencies

5. Production and Delivery Timeline

Standard production and delivery timelines:

• Standard Production: 7-15 business days after design approval and deposit receipt
• Rush Orders: Available with 5-10% additional cost (subject to availability)
• Shipping Time: Varies by destination (3-30 days depending on location and method)
• Delays: We will notify customers promptly of any production or shipping delays

6. Design and Intellectual Property Rights

Customer responsibilities and rights:

• Customer Ownership: Customers retain all rights to their logos, designs, and brand materials
• Legal Compliance: Customers warrant that all provided designs do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify Loma Bag against any claims arising from intellectual property infringement
• Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality of all customer designs and business information
• Portfolio Use: We may request permission to use completed projects in our portfolio (with customer approval)

7. Quality Assurance and Warranty

7.1 Quality Standards

We maintain strict quality control throughout the manufacturing process to ensure consistent product quality.

7.2 Warranty Coverage

• 30-Day Warranty: Coverage for manufacturing defects from delivery date
• Covered Issues: Stitching defects, printing errors, material defects
• Remedy: Repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion
• Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage after delivery

8. Shipping and Delivery

• International Shipping: We ship worldwide from our facility in Vietnam
• Shipping Costs: Calculated based on destination, weight, and shipping method
• Customs and Duties: Customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees
• Delivery Confirmation: Tracking information provided for all shipments
• Risk of Loss: Risk transfers to customer upon delivery to shipping carrier

9. Returns and Refunds Policy

9.1 Manufacturing Defects

Products with manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 days of delivery for repair, replacement, or refund.

9.2 Custom Orders

Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

9.3 Sample Bags

Sample bags are eligible for 100% refund if returned within 7 days in original condition, as stated in our sample bag offer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or force majeure events
• Color variations due to screen displays or printing processes are not considered defects

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute:

1. Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation
2. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through mediation
3. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
